When you book a free consultation on this site, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the date and time slot you choose, and any message you add.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to confirm your booking and deliver the consultation, and, where you choose to go ahead, any further engagement with Optivanta Partners. We do not use it for marketing without your separate consent, and we never sell it.
How we process it
By submitting your information, you agree that we may use AI tools to help us process it — for example, to organise or summarise what you’ve sent us. Whether handled by a person or a tool, your information is kept secure and handled in line with South African law. If you’d like to know exactly how your information, or your company’s information, is stored and used, just ask — we’re happy to talk you through it.
How long we keep it
We keep booking information only for as long as it’s needed to deliver the consultation and, if you become a client, for the duration of our engagement and a reasonable period afterward for our own records. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Where it’s stored
Booking information is stored securely with Supabase, our database provider, and is only accessible to Optivanta Partners.
Your rights
