Hi, I’m Arno-Armandt Janz.
I started Optivanta because I kept meeting business owners who were working harder than ever — and still couldn’t tell me where the money went. They weren’t failing because of bad ideas. They were failing because the processes behind the ideas were leaking cash.
I’m an industrial engineer by training. I use the same analytical methods large mining, logistics and manufacturing companies use to find waste and fix flow — scaled down for the business on your street. No jargon in the conversation, but rigour behind the numbers.
I don’t walk in with a template and a bill. I walk in, I listen, I look at how the work actually gets done, and I find the places where time and money are quietly disappearing.
Most of the owners I help are already making sales. What they need is someone to help them keep more of what they make.
